This place is always great, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I first visited the one on Hood Canal by boat a few times because it's conveniently located near our beach house. I was thrilled when I discovered they were opening a new location down the road from my house. It's definitely a different experience from pulling up by boat, haha!

Beautiful ambiance, vibrant colors and Mexican decor. Daily Happy hour from 3pm to 6pm. Yes, all week! Happy hour is at the bar. They aren't kidding when they say super nachos. The small platter was more than enough for two people. If you're visiting the Key Peninsula, this is a great place.

We are visiting from out of town and were really excited to still be able to get Mexican food nearby. We arrived well before the dinner rush, so it looked like we were the only ones there, at least in the main dining area. The staff were very friendly, and they even replaced my strawberry margarita (without me even mentioning or asking) because they didn't think it tasted good or was up to par (I'm guessing they made another after mine and realized?). I honestly thought it tasted fine, but the second one definitely tasted better. This is the first Mexican restaurant that has ever brought out salsa, bean dip, and a mushroom salsa when you sit down... And I've been to. A LOT of Mexican restaurants. Everything tasted great! I got a burrito and my husband got a shrimp dish. Both came with a lot of food, so come hungry!

Incredible. The interior is decorative and inviting. The food was spot on. We had fajitas for two. The portions were large and expertly sliced thin. We have been missing great Mexican food since leaving Texas and now we've found our place. It's so good I almost don't want to share it. And get the queso, it was the just the perfect flavor. Salsa seemed home made. I wonder if they sell it, I would being that home.
